Why we can not access our activities in Pro account?

Hello,

I hope this message finds you in good health and high sprits.

Regarding our new Trello account (Pro account), we are facing with a problem with moving data from former Account to the new account. Please be informed that surprisingly the activities of the board are not relocated to new board. 

Furthermore, We encounter with new error message relating to the limit of boards. We purchased the pro Account to not deal with this such limitations but unfortunately we can not access limitless account. 

We would be pleased might you inform us with the solution. Your prompt action in this regard would be so appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

The Premium and Standard subscriptions are attached to a Workspace, not the accounts themselves. With that in mind, you'll only enjoy the paid features on the paid Workspace. 

This article contains more information about our billing process,

You won't face the board limit or the limit of users on this Workspace.
