Why isn't the Harvest Power Up showing up in my Trello Cards?

The Harvest power up is no longer showing up in my Trello cards so I can't track time to cards.  Sometimes it takes a while to load it, but now it won't show up at all.  I tried...

1. Logging out and back in

2. Updating & restarting my computer & Chrome

 

It was back for a while, and now it disappeared again.

Hey Kayla,

Let's try starting with a clean slate to see if that helps get Harvest working again. Would you mind trying the following steps for me please?

  1. Go to the board where this Power-Up is enabled.
  2. Open the Board Menu and select the Harvest Power-Up.
  3. Select Remove Personal Settings and disable the Power-Up.
  4. Go to https://trello.com/my/account
  5. Under the Applications section, select Revoke under any entries for Harvest(if any are found).

I'm not super familiar with the settings on Harvest's side, but I'd recommend double checking that any Trello authorizations are removed from that as well.

After that, go ahead and reenable the Power-Up and follow the authorization flow.
