Why isn't my butler due date command not moving boards when an item is due?

I have set up a butler due date command to "on the sunday of the week before a card is due, move the card to the top of list "Next Week"; however, it is not movig the cards. Have I set something up wrong? I don't know why it is not moving the cards. 

I also have one set up to "on the sunday of the week a card is due, move the card to the top of list "This Week" and that one is not working either. 

But my one that says when a card is due move to the "Today" list and that one is working. Thanks!

@Shane Bedford can you see anything funky in the command log? Also has the command/operation quota been exhausted when those other commands were due to run but not when the "Today" one has been due to run?
