Why is trello showing personal email address in the members tab and how do we hide it for everyone?

In the Members tab that you can access from the left of the screen, Trello is showing the name of the members along with their email addresses. How do we hide the email addresses?

Do you have an managed account (your business domain is used by users to access Trello)?

If so, I think the default setting is this:

This is a user level setting found at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile 

I haven't found a way to apply this globally in the domain admin settings

You're right, it is a managed account. Is there no way to hide the email addresses, or at least show the business email address instead of the personal one? Thanks
