Why does Trello advertise one set of prices but really charges 10 times what they say as they are charging me $81.46 per month for premium. Seems what they say are the prices is a complete lie?

I believe that issue has explained the details in your case.

Do you have other users in your trello? Trello is a per user billing, so if you have other users in your workspace they maybe using it outside that workspace generating a charge.
Regardless I have escalated this to Atlassian to reach out to you about
