I can't understand why I am unable to download the automations that I have created/shared into a simple .csv file (or any format for that matter). Is there a way to suggest to the Trello creators to allow users to do this? Please note, I'm not asking for anything fancy, I am simply asking for the rules etc. to be able to be downloaded as a standard file and shown as something readable and simple. For example;
I've added a screenshot for reference of how I create my table (with a LOT of editing, due to having to copy and paste)
Hi @Gemma ! Nice to meet you.
I agree with you, I suppose the Trello developers end up making this feature because I think it's something a lot of people would like. I include myself.
I have also adapted like you. First I put tags on them to better select the rules I want to see. Then I copy and paste them into Excel.
I will ask also to Trello developers.
We can share if we have good news about this in the future! 😊
Hi @Gemma
I haven't found a way to download automations as a CSV, either.
Instead, you can try creating an automation libriray. With Automation Libraries, you can:
- Categorize automations and find them easy by filtering
-Enable or disable groups of automations
-Share a group of automations with others in your workplace.
Find more information about Automations Libraries in this support article from Trello https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/
You can also check out this article about submitting a feature request on Trello https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/submitting-feature-requests-for-trello/
I hope this helps,
Michael

Thanks Michael. I've already created automation libraries, but it doesn't help really as it doesn't tell you what boards they're actiavted on. Additionally one of the pains with these shared libraries is that it doesn't show you that it's already enabled on the board. On top of that, if you enable it yourself, it then duplicates it. It's one the features I've requested for them to change before
