Why is the Trello support staff so not present? It is impossible to actually get a sales rep to help

Not present where?  I only see this post from you and no others on the forum so I’m not sure what you mean. 

I’m the Trello cofounder and I’m on here multiple times per week. Also the instructions  by Soumyadeep will send a private message to the support team.
