The way it is supposed to work, is when our sales team keys a client/ad in account scout, it syncs with the trello board and is available for the design team to connect to that trello card and get all the info and uploads pertaining to that client and therefore build the ad for client proofing, etc.
for aprox a month now, we have been waiting on this issue to be resolved, so the sales team does not have to create cards mannualy.
Can you tell me when this will be fixed so things will run smoothly in the manner it should?

I'm not aware of any Power-Ups available with AccountScout. Are you perhaps using a third-party integration provided by AccountScout? If so, I would suggest reaching out to their support team as they'll be best placed to help you.
