Why is my email to board card being duplicated?

My team uses the email to board option to create cards and then we reply back and forth with important info in the email, and it updates the card with comments.  However, lately, it seems like several of our cards are being randomly duplicated throughout the conversation.  Any ideas why?

One of our cards was created on Nov 1st and not updated again through the email chain until Nov 19th (which it then created the duplicate card)

The second card this has happened with was created on Sept 5th and not updated through email until Nov 19th, and when that happened, it duplicated.

Is it possible there is an issue with the infrequency of us replaying to the email chains?

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with an example screenshot and links to the cards in question so we can check it out in detail? Also, does this happen to single users only or for all users on that board? Also is the issue isolated to the board or also present on other boards you are using? Let us know.
