Why does my due date appear different than other coworkers at my office?

I'm using Trello board to organize my team ideas. However, my due date appears different than theirs. E.g., I have a task to be done by 19-July. I can see this due date in my board, however they see a different due date, 20-July. Why is this happening?

They live in St Johns/Canada and I live in Sao Paulo/Brazil. However, they are only 30 minutes ahead of me. Time zone shouldn't be a big deal.

You need to check the time zone setup for their profiles. By default, it's the server time but JIRA would prompt you to update accordingly. Of course, the reminder can always be ignored.

You need to ask the user for their own setup. This is one of the first things users change when logging in. It might be available on the database but I wouldn't know how to query it.

Easiest is to login as the user by using an add-on or asking the user about his time zone preferences on their profile.
