Why didn't you cancel the payment?

I wrote as below and received a reply saying that the payment will be canceled.
ID :

I clicked the wrong way and the payment was made, please make sure that the existing $25 subscription is not billed in the future.

It's frustrating because there's no place I can contact in Korea. Please process it.

However, after more than a month, the payment has not been canceled.

Please check again and quickly.
