We got a new team member and she had access to the Trello board our team shares. She got a new computer and when she went to access the board it made her request access to the board again. My admin deleted her from the board, and went to approve her new request but it will not allow my admin to approve her request.
It says that she will put the number of members over the limit. However, we currently have 9 active members on the board, and my new team member would make 10.
We gave it some time since deleting her account and re-requesting access all happened in one day, with the hope that the system just needed time to update. But, that is not the case.
What am I missing? What can we do?

The 10 members are per workspace, not per board. Make sure that you don't already have 10 collaborators on it, but I invite you to read this article in case you have more questions.
