Why can't I see the descriptions of archived cards on Trello's web version?

I can view the descriptions of archived cards on the Trello mobile app, but they do not appear when I access them from the web version. I have tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, and used incognito mode, but the issue persists. My colleague is experiencing the same problem. Is this a known issue, or is there a way to fix it?

Descriptions of archived cards are not showing in the Mac OS app version either.

We archive by lists and not cards, so bringing back that amount of information isn't practical to get 2 paragraphs.

Same problem here.. Only if I send it back to board it shows again full description again. But if you archive it again, Trello clears description field again.. :(

Thanks so much for saying this. Although it's not a 100% fix or explanation as to why this is happening, at least the data is there and not deleted. Thank you so much. I can stop going grey now!
