I used to see my cards lined up down the screen on opening Trello. Now I have to search for them and when the search is ended they disappear again. I can't remember what all my cards are called so can't search for them. I want to see all my cards without searching for them.
My first thought would be that you may be viewing only cards you have joined. If in the top right you see a square that says "#(total number of your cards)# search results" with a small X then this is the case. You can click the X to remove the filter, then you should see all your cards. You can also press the letter Q on your keyboard to toggle this setting.
This setting is handy for team boards so that you can quickly see only the cards you are a member of. If you are the only member of a board you could use it to quickly filter to only the cards you are currently working on. To Join a card, simply click it and go to members and click your user to add.
Thanks so much. That sorted the problem out and I've learnt something new!
