I've dug deeper into it and it turns out to be an issue with my browser and not Trello.
For some odd reason my browser just makes 2 websites I currently use (Twitter and Trello) not function at all.
I wonder why this happened out of nowhere, I tried many options but none worked, so my best option is to simply use an entirely different browser for these 2 specific websites.

Gotcha. Hopefully you can update your browser to the latest version (it could be the latest version of your browser that's causing this behavior)?
