Why am I added as follower of a card just by commenting it?

It is commom to people to mark and ask me something in a card. I answer the question and usually mark other people.

I noticed that after been marked and commenting in a card, I star to receive notifications because I become a follower. But I do not want to follow the card and haven't clicked the "follow button".

How can I interact with the card (mark, comment) without automatically became a follower?
