Why all the emails?

I/we use Trello as a Service dispatch board and a 2nd board as a Installation board for our team at work.  We all use the boards on our phones for a dynamic list while in the field, occasionally (mostly me as I am in dispatch) on my laptop when at the office. We all have the notifications set appropriately on our phones, but why do I still keep getting emails on some activities, some instant, some delayed and as far as I know I have them set to 'NEVER' in my email settings on as well as all marketing emails turned off. 

 

Am I missing something?

Welcome to the community!

You can change the notification frequency on your account at trello.com/me/account

Note: You’ll always get emails for invites, direct mentions when you’re added to a card and more, so these ones you can't disable.

You can confirm if the notification is set to never and also unmark all the boxes that are on the screenshot below, this will definitely reduce the amount of notifications you are receiving
