Who do I contact about tax exemption?

I work for a public university and have a ST-105 form for tax exemption I need to share to purchase our premium account. I have reached out before through form submission, but now my free trial has expired and I'm eager to get my subscription going. However, my university will not move forward with the purchase until I have spoken with someone at Trello about this.

We had the same issue.  We had iterative conversations through this address:   Atlassian purchasing and licensing help- <advocates@am.atlassian.com>

We had to explain things many times to get both tax exemption AND academic pricing for BOTH Jira and Trello (each is separate).
