What are you trying to do with it? Are you trying to setup a task list if so trello. You can also use checklists in your tasks and automate repeat tasks
if you’re trying to setup project boards and you a run a real estate business then using Jira cloud and using next gen will give you similar benefits to trellis. However it better links to confluence if you want to create on boarding documentation etc

Trello is an Atlassian system, but that's not the real question.
I can only tell you to look at the process that you would like to go through for your work items or data items, and compare the needs of that with what Trello (and presumably) Jira can do for you.
