So I logged in and all of the cards and lists on my main board are GONE. Can't find them anywhere. I didn't personally archive anything. I can search for keywords and find cards, but I'd like to have them back, in the lists they were in, can anyone help? Thank you!
Are you still having trouble? You said you can still search for your cards, could you post a screenshot of the board that is missing its cards?
I'm assuming they are archived. I'm hoping I don't have to UN archive them one at a time. I've attached a shot of the board. Thank you.

You can try checking the activity by opening the menu on the right, and seeing if any of your board members accidentally archived lists/cards. I personally have accidentally archived cards by pressing "c" when my mouse is hovering over one.
