It is an excellent joke that you are still using Windows 7. It's ceased all development and support except critical security patches already it's in "extended support", and that ends in 2 years.
The answer to your question is "never". There's no point writing anything for an operating system that is past its end of life, as no-one should be using it.
You need to upgrade to Windows 10. You could think about Windows 8 as well, as that's still supported, but it goes into extended support in a couple of weeks, for 5 years.
