When trying to tag a teammate, list of teammates doesn't pop up to let me choose which one to tag Edited

Confirmed in both normal browser and incognito, when I try to tag/mention a teammate using the @ within a comment on a ticket, it doesn't pop up a list of people for me to choose from. The @ symbol turns blue, nothing pops up, and when I try to type anything the @ becomes black. The same happens if I use the @ button at the top.

My teammate and I tried to debug it ourselves by sharing our screens. He was able to do it, I was not. I've refreshed my screen and tried in incognito with no success. I also tried after waiting a week in case there was a bug/something was being deployed at the time, also no success.
