Does it really matter if you use you personal VS business email?
Or can you use your personal, and still have your business email connected with control?
Im asking to see if this tool is good for management multiple businesses, and if so, is there a strategic advantage of setting it up a certain way for fluidity.

It depends on what you are going to use it for. Is it to be shared with colleagues? If you left tomorrow, would the business still carry on using it? If so, then use the business email, because it's their system.
If it's a system for your own use, and you're going to take it with you if you leave, then use a personal email address.
