We have a basic trello account and are interested in using our one free power up to get the calendar. Two of our team members really only need to use the calendar and not our trello boards that already exist. Therefore, if we do get the calendar can we chose who has access to both the calendar and the boards? Or, does every team member have to have access to all boards, calendars, etc? Is there a way to block or hide boards from certain members? Do we have to link our google calendars to our trello calendar?

If anyone wants to access a calendar power-up that was linked to a board then they need to be a member of the board to use the calendar!
You can create a private board in a team then it will be hidden from everyone except the admin of the team!
It's totally up to you whether you want to link google calender or not!
