Hi all,
Received notification email saying starting on April 30, 2020, all members of free teams will now have team admin permissions.
Also is ok to keep all members stay with standard permission, (not admin)?
Ivy
@Ivy_CORE board admins can administrate boards, team admins can administrate teams :) there's no crossover, for example a team admin isn't automatically an admin on all boards in that team
@Iain Dooley got it, thanks,
as the new policy, all free team member will become team admin, is there any way to downgrade to standard member permission? because we have some concern that everyone have team admin permission.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
@Ivy_CORE yep you can pay for business class on that team, then you can restrict admin permissions at the team level.
Although the things that team admins can do are pretty benign, what sorts of concerns do you have?

@Iain Dooley the most concern for below 2 points, we don't want member to invite or remove member anytime they want..

@Ivy_CORE sounds like you should upgrade your team to Business Class then!

@Iain Dooley appreciate your reply.

@Ivy_CORE yeah I don't think it has anything to do with making your life easier, I think it has to do with making a more compelling case for businesses to upgrade from free Trello to Business Class so Trello can have more paying customers (they're not a charity!)
