What plan should I subscribe to so that all members of a workspace can create boards?

We are four people from the Marketing Department who are part of a workspace. We are currently on the free plan, and at the moment, I, who am the department head, am the only one who can create boards in the workspace and invite others. Now I have to go on maternity leave and I don't know which plan we should choose so that the rest of the team members can create boards autonomously. Thank you.

On Free plan, you are the only one who can create the boards. Starting with Premium plan, you can define based on restritctions who can create boards:
