Currently looking at upgrading to Standard, were it states we can have unlimited collaborators but I pay per user, what is the difference between a collaborator and user, what can a user do that a collaborator cannot, and vice-versa?

Paid Users are either Workspace users that have access to all boards or multi boards guests with access to two or more boards…

Free users are people that are only guest on a single boards.

All users (paid or free) have the common term ‘Collaborator’ and you can have unlimited of in both types on a Standard plan

A guest/collaborator can do exactly the same as a regular user (no restrictions)
