What is the difference between Trello Enterprise and Trello Premium?

Our orgainization has Trello Enterprise licenses.  Is there a difference between Enterprise and Premium?

Trello Premium Specific:

Designed for teams up to 100 people

Trello Enterprise Specific:

Designed for organizations with more than 100 members

Organization-wide permissions for consistent security policies.
Attachment permissions to restrict access to sensitive documents.
Enterprise data residency to keep information within your organization's infrastructure.
