Using the Repeat Feature on Trello

It seems you are running into a known issue that is being tracked in the following bug report here: TRELLO-111.

That way, when the ticket is updated by our development team, you'll be notified via email. 

There are a number of factors that determine how Atlassian prioritizes bug fixes. You can learn more about this by reading the Atlassian Cloud Bug Fix Policy.

In the meantime, I could suggest using Automation to create cards using a Scheduled rule. We have more information about this new functionality below:
