User unable to interact with cards

Hi all,

 

I've set up a user with one of our boards - she is using Trello on safari on a mac. She is experiencing issues where she doesn't seem to be able to view checklists on trello or view/add comments. She basically can only see the card title and then nothing else, so is completely unable to interact with it.

Any idea what could be wrong??

@Maria R when you say completely unable to interact with it, do you mean unable to move cards or unable to even click on a card to open it up and view the back of it? I can confirm that there are no issues using Trello in Safari on Mac, is she a member of the board, or is she only a member of a team and viewing a team viewable board?

HI Iain, so the user can click on a card but can only see the title of the card... doesn't see description, checklists, comments, etc. Even the 'action's menu on the left just gives her the option to 'share', nothing else...

@Maria R Hmm this sounds like something I've never seen on Trello. Can you please ask for the specific Safari and MacOS versions, and then also ask them to use loom.com to record a video demonstrating the problem? If possible they should try on a board without any sensitive info, maybe you could make another board and add them to it so they can demonstrate this without exposing any proprietary data.

Hi @Maria R ,

Welcome to the community!

First of all log out of Trello account then the user needs to clear browsing cache, browsing history & cache images from the browser. Then re log in and see whether it working or not!
