Use Butlerautomations for whole team

Hello everyone,

I would like to create automations in butler (like buttons, date automations, etc.) which can be seen, edited and used by all teammembers on a board. But it seems they are showing only for me.

Is there a way to work collaboratively on butler automations in my trello workspace???

And will automations be deleted if the person who created the automation leave the board or delete their account?

There are options to enable the commands on a board or all boards and you can share with members of the workspace. 
Commands will still work when the ‘creator’ leaves but you will not be able to change it. So it is best you maintain and keep the admin account within your enterprise and use it to create your automation.
