Upgrade from Standard to Premium

Hi there, 

If I subscribe to the Standard plan today and less than a year we decided to use the additional features that are only available on the Premium plan, how can we upgrade our plan and how's the billing going to work for the second upgrade in less than a year time?

Please advice. Thanks
