Unlink personal email from work email

Hi, I have problems to have a personal Trello account (@gmail.com) . It seems that my personal email is linked to an account I had (@work.com) where I don't work anymore. But I would like to use my email to create a personal account.

@Eunice Ojeda Luna are you by any chance using Google to login to Trello rather than using email address/password?

Nope, as soon as I type my email it just gives me the option to login with SSO and it sends my to my previous job SSO access. If I try to make an account with my email, it says my account exist and if I try to reset my password I get "Unable to reset password for account restricted to single sign-on".
