Hi, I have a strange issue.
I have never had problems accessing Trello before. Previously I worked from home but now I have started working in a co-working environment and want to access Trello. However, I get the error message saying there is an issue: it could be the browser configuration is blocking or maybe a firewall issue.
The local network administration team have tried to make some changes but it continues to be impossible to get past this error. In order to check if the issue was related to the local networking environment, the admin team asked me to connect using my mobile phone - and I get the same result.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Hi @advocateabroad welcome to the Atlassian community.
May I request you to try the troubleshooting steps shared in this support link
I'm sure that will resolve your query. If not, then the last option is to reach out Trello support team
Thanks. None of the suggested fixes worked, but for some reason, the next day it worked fine. There doesn't seem to be any logic to it. I will continue to monitor it and hopefully it will continue working.
