Unable to change visibility back to Team. Why? How do I resolve?

I had created this board, so I should have admin rights to this board.

I was trying to move this board from one team to another team and ran into some problems.

(By the way are there best practices for using multiple teams for larger project portfolios? Especially for Moving boards to other teams ( I'm using Team as a project portfolio).  I am curious both from a how to do it logically or how to utilize multiple teams for managing product multiple projects as well as how to effectively do that within Trello itself?

So I had made a project board private ( I thought that was how you could change it from one team to another ) but now I am unable to make it viewable by the team. I see the different options of private, team, public, but I am unable to click on team or public.

How do I change a private board back to a team board?
