I have been using Trello with my company's email address. After an acquisition, our email addresses changed and the new parent company started managing our Atlassian account access with our new email addresses.
I need to change the email address for the Trello account to be the new one. The issue is Trello says my company has to manage but my company already has the new email address so there is no need to change it. I do not have access to the old email address even though I use it to log into my Trello account.
I am not sure who can fix this.

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with changing your email address attached to your account.
Just to clarify, you are not able to change the email address you use to log into Trello by going to your account settings page at http://trello.com/my/profile and clicking on Profile & Visibility. Then selecting Change email address from the Contact section?
If so, a potential way to solve this would be to set up a new account with the new organizational email address and then look to merge the old and new account. See below the steps from Trello...
