Unable to change background

I try to change my background to a photo and it doesn't work. I click on a photo (any photo) and says "uploading". The page refreshes but it stays the same a gray top menu and a white mainscreen. I can change the background to a color only. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have logged out and back in - doesn't work. I am using Chrome. Windows 10 Enterprise.

Here Toni to help! I am afraid you should be Trello Gold or business for being able to change the background. I did both and the options you get are amazing. A lot of Power-Ups to use, Butler and much more.
