Unable to cancel my subscription

I am unable to find a way to cancel my subscription.

Please help mecancel my Trello subscription as I have not been using Trello since the end of last year. I no longer work for the company where we used the Trello account and unfortunately MY card details were used to pay for the subscriptions, which they then refunded me. Due to the fact that I no longer work for them, I will not get reimbursed, and it will have a financial impact on me personally.

Please help
