Hi I have been using trello premium with my clients for 4+ years and have encountered a couple of problems when trying to add members to boards.
1st problem.
Trying to add efren.ayala as a brand new guest however getting a member not found response. I have checked in members and guests and they are not there either active or deactivated Pls see screen grab.
2nd problem,
A colleague (admin status) deleted a board guest however I am now not able to add them back to the board as a guest. See screen grab
It says that he joined however I cannot see him in either members of guest lists and cannot assign him actions.
Not sure if these issues are related.
As always expert guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi Peter! Hope you are doing well!
For problem #1: This user is deactivated on the account level (not on the Workspace) and has they have a managed account, only someone from their Organization would be able to reactivate them. We'd recommend they reach out to their company IT team to check the possibility of reactivating their account.
Problem #2: It doesn't seem that this user is part of the board yet. In case you are still unable to invite them to the board, I'll kindly ask you to open a ticket to our Trello support here so there you can share more details (like board URL, user details etc) to have a further investigation about it.
