Could someone give me a quick contact information so I can reach a dedicated service personnel in terms of REFUND issue? I sent multiple request through contact support center but it's pretty slow.....

I'm afraid the Atlassian Community is not a better place to ask for refunds compared to Atlassian support.
How many days ago did you create you support request?
And I assume you used the Contact Support option on https://trello.com/contact#/?
