Earlier we didn´t use Trello extensively. Some users under our domain used their email for private boards. Some of them are now retired. That means that the email addresses are no longer valid.
I can of course delete the account for all former employees , but I would very much like not to make a disaster if not necessary.
Is there any possibilty to see all boards that are owned by users from our (top) domain, but the boards are still outside our workspace? We have encouraged all board owners to migrate their boards into our Trello workspace.
We are not interested in knowing the content, only to know if there are boards outside our workspace.
Thx
Krister
Hello, Krister!
For security reasons, only board owners have access to their content as the boards are set to private. If you are not a guest or a member, you cannot view the boards or open any links related to them. If board owners wish to transfer ownership, they need to contact you directly to request the move. It is important to inform users that if they are unable to transfer ownership, their boards will be deleted in this situation.
Kind regards,
Alisson
