Trello rule stopped working

Dear community! 

 

I use the free version of Trello and set up a couple of rules to automatically generate certain tasks every week on Wednesday/Thursday. It worked for a few weeks and suddenly stopped working. I checked end dates on the rules (no end date) and ran the option "run now" which should activate them immediately. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here?

Hi @Carla Kowanda !

As a first step, I suggest checking the automation log (https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/opening-the-command-log/) for any errors that explain why the automation rule failed. You can do this by going to the board where the automation is enabled, opening the automation library, finding the automation, and clicking on the lightbulb icon.


If there aren’t any obvious errors, could you please paste how your rule is setup so we can investigate what might have happened?
