Trello rule saving error "Error saving: NOT_AUTHORIZED"

I have a basic Trello account and do not currently have any rules saved of any kind. When trying to add a rule to a board, I'm getting the following error message: "Error saving: NOT_AUTHORIZED"

 

How can I troubleshoot this?

That solved it! I'm a workspace admin but hadn't technically joined the board -- thank you!
