Trello renewal without Atlassian SSO- urgent support please

Currently we have enterpise trello subscription and renewal date is 23 JAN 2022 but we have to renew it immedialty without activating atlassian access SSO , it it possible to renew only Trello subscription for now and later will enable atlassian SSO?

Team-urgent support I need please because renewal date is very near.

It looks like you've got a duplicate question but in case you check this one, please see my recommendation below...

Due to the question around billing I would recommend getting in touch directly with Trello Support as they'll be able to walk you through the options and if possible sort the renewal out for you. You can raise a support ticket here >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact

@Laura Holton  I am not getting any response from Billing and Sales teams, I have created support requests but no luck so I am worried about renewal!

Do you have direct contact of Sales/billing team from Trello ? It helps please!

Just to double check, have you checked your spam folder? There have been cases where response to tickets have been automatically sent to spam.

Unfortunately, the main way to reach Trello is through raising a ticket, there is no direct line as such. Someone I will loop into this conversation is @Michael Pryor who may be able to check on the status of your ticket.

We have Trello subscription and I want link this Trello enterprise to Atlassian account first.

Our Atlassian orgnisation is not anabled with SSO but Trello running with SSO currently so If I try to link Trello to Atlassian organisation its giving this error message-

Your Trello Enterprise, Weir Minerals, has SSO enabled but not enforced.

The Atlassian organization Weir Group PLC does not have SSO enabled.

By linking the two organizations, your Trello Enterprise will adopt Weir Group PLC’s SSO settings, which means SSO will not be enabled.

To keep SSO enabled, set up SSO for Weir Group PLC before linking.

 

So If I go ahad and Link Trello to Atlassian org what will happens to Trello users while log in?

Please help me urgent
