Trello - outlook emails (syncing issue)

Good morning, until this week I was able to click on the troll icon in my outlook email account and sync emails to my troll boards/cards.  

Being able to sync emails with troll board has been a game changer for me and I am not sure what to do to fix this - please advise?

The error message says the following...

Could not synchronise record: Untitled Folder to Exchange server: info@cate****.co.uk

  The problem continues? You have verified that you have not made any change in Outlook or Trello that has broken the synchronization
