Trello opens a blank page

We have a user that likes to use Trello with Outlook. Whe he tries to login then reciev the messag that Ie is not supported. When we copy the link to Edge or Google Chrome en login it show a blank page. We also have tested on a different PC and RemoteDesktop enviroment.

Who can help me?

Error message:

You can try authorizing Outlook online (rather than the app) to see if that works. Otherwise, we'd recommend reaching out to Microsoft as we do not develop or maintain the Outlook add-in.
