We have the problem that there is one member in our team who never recieves any notificiation at all.
All the others recieve notifications, but not this guy. Even he is named by @xx
Any idea who to fix this problem? Would be great!
Hi @Jürgen Berg this individual should have a look at their notifications settings. If they are reading their notifications in the notifications panel they would not receive emails, by default users will receive a notification email for any notifications that go unread within Trello.
Here is a great article that goes through all the notification settings, including email notifications.
If that doesn't help perhaps this user may need to check their spam or junk folder, or contact their IT support to ensure the Trello emails are not being rejected for this user at the server level.
