Trello was not loading, just a white screen. I did a full reinstall from the App Store. Now it won't let me log in. It says it has no internet connection. The same thing seems to be happening on my iPhone. I can make changes, but they're not going anywhere. Obviously I have a network connection. I can make changes to the board on the Trello website, and I can post this message on the same computer that the Trello application says has no connection. Other applications, as well as the browser, connect and update across platforms, Calendar, Notes.
Any suggestions to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
Tom
Hi @Tom Wolsky ,
For the desktop app, maybe you can uninstall it firs trying these steps: https://help.trello.com/article/1107-how-to-uninstall-the-trello-desktop-app?
For Trello on your iPhone, maybe this can help troubleshoot: https://help.trello.com/article/1061-troubleshooting-for-the-ios-app
Thank you Carlos. The application is working again. I went to a different location, and everything synced correctly. The problem seemed to be in a router used by the original ISP somewhere in the chain, not at our site. Why this would impact only Trello I still don't understand.
Thanks again.
