I want my Office 365 Outlook calendar to automatically post to my Trello calendar when I input a new date in Outlook Calendar. I dont want to maintain two calendars, I should be able to input it once in Outlook.
Also, when using the email feature for individual dates, it does not recognize the date. I am required to go into each card and set the date\time for it to post to the Trello calendar. Since it is already in Outlook with that information the transfer over to Trello should be instant and complete.
Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, that's not quite how the iCal feed from Trello works—that's a read-only subscribed calendar that only displays cards with due dates from your board on a calendar view. When you add an event to your Outlook calendar, there isn't a quick way to also create that on your Trello calendar.
You might want to look into the Cronofy Power-Up, which does let you sync Trello board calendars with external services: https://trello.com/power-ups/5a1d81359fcdfd9011c0a698
Emailing cards to your board also does not currently support due dates, as you've found. I'll make sure the team knows that's something you'd like to see in the future. In the meantime, you might look into the Outlook add-in for Trello, which lets you directly create cards, including the due date, rather than emailing them: https://help.trello.com/article/1075-outlook-add-in
