Hi Community,
we have the following situation: we use Trello in the Chrome browser (current version, MAC desktop, v13.x, v14.x) Our task board does not update automatically for many users, even logs out 1-2x or even 4-5x for different users. This is then indicated by a message on the board, by/from Trello.
We have added the URL of the board and Trello.com in the Chrome settings so that these tabs do not 'fall asleep' - but this has not helped. It runs more stable in the Firefox browser (has been tested)
Does anyone know the problem or is there a trick in Chrome to prevent this behavior? (we would like to continue using Chrome)
Thanks for any input.
Hi Frank,
Sorry to hear about these issues. Can you confirm if you and your users are logging in using separate Trello accounts? Do you have multiple users sharing one Trello account by any chance? If so, we do not recommend having multiple users in one account as this isn't how our product is designed.
If this isn't the case, then I would highly recommend checking your Chrome browser for any Chrome extensions you are using that might be in conflict with Trello.
Can you try and see if you can reproduce the issue you are having:

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!

Hi Mutya,
yes, we can confirm that the users all have their own accounts and do not log in twice. On the other point, I don't think we use incognito tabs for Trello(aber ich werde schauen).
But we will test it with the extensions and if the cookies are allowed. Thank you very much for your ideas.
